Return Policy

Custom Products

Many of our products are custom-made according to the options you select. These include seat covers, tunnel covers, and other truck interior products. This is indicated on the product page. 

These products are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Standard Products

For products that are not custom-made, the return period is 14 days after receipt. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Policy:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product is not damaged

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then assess the problem and resolve it for you.


Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchange

Refund Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your chosen payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
